The market norms till the 1990's restricted the division's activities
mainly to processing of raw and monsooned coffee which had to be subsequently
pooled to the government-controlled Coffee Board of India; who marketed
the commodity. With winds of liberalization sweeping across the trade
regime, free sale of coffee both in the domestic and overseas market
was made legitimate for private players, and Aspinwall joined the
elite class of exporters of green & specialty coffee to the roasters
and traders across the globe.
Networking
With an experience of over 50 years in coffee trade and an
image built on trust and values, Aspinwall has an excellent
network with planters and traders to source the finest of
raw coffee for export.
Curing
Aspinwall has its own in-house curing facility that ensures
complete control over the curing quality of the coffee being
exported.
Warehousing
The premises houses one of the biggest and well-maintained
warehouses conforming to standards for safe storage of coffee
stock.
Cupping
The in-house cupping lab ensures that each lot being exported
is cup-tasted and quality checked.
C&F Division
Aspinwall has its own C&F division to arrange for filing
of shipping bill, taking delivery of the cargo and ensuring
that it goes on board the nominated vessel.

Aspinwall represents M/s Maersk Sealand in many ports of India
and hence can get you the correct freight rates and best connections
through the maritime channel.
